Do not use this medication if you are allergic to enalapril or to any other ACE inhibitor, such as benazepril (Lotensin), celexa during pregnancy (Capoten), fosinopril (Monopril), lisinopril (Prinivil, Zestril), moexipril (Univasc), perindopril (Aceon), quinapril (Accupril), ramipril (Altace), or trandolapril (Mavik). Safety and efficacy of warfarin therapy can be improved by increasing the quality of laboratory control. Patients prescribed Celexa Oral Granules and/or their guardians should be warned to report immediately to their physician any symptoms of persistent nausea, anorexia, fatigue, vomiting, right upper abdominal pain or jaundice, dark urine or pale stools. Premarin (0.3 mg, 0.45 mg, and 0.625 mg tablets) was shown to be statistically better than placebo at weeks 4 and 12 for relief of both the frequency and severity of moderate to severe vasomotor symptoms. Limited clinical data suggest a higher incidence of headache, dizziness, nausea, and somnolence with coadministration of lamotrigine and celexa during pregnancy compared with lamotrigine alone or celexa during pregnancy alone. Take metformin with a meal, unless your doctor tells you otherwise. Do not use Celexa During Pregnancy if you are allergic to metformin, if you have kidney disease or kidney failure, or if you are in a state of diabetic ketoacidosis (call your doctor for treatment with insulin). Consult your doctor for specific instructions. Preliminary data suggest that there may be a pharmacodynamic interaction (that causes an increased bleeding diathesis in the face of unaltered prothrombin time) between celexa and warfarin. In addition, as with other NSAIDs, the combination may result in higher frequency of adverse events than demonstrated for either product alone. Also report the use of drugs which might increase seizure risk when combined with this medication such as celexa (INH), phenothiazines (e.g., thioridazine), theophylline, or tricyclic antidepressants (e.g., amitriptyline), among others.
